Rick
was born in Madrid Spain and moved to the U.S.A in the late
60's. "I've always wanted to be in radio. One Christmas
my mom and dad got me a dj record player in the Sears Chirstmas
Catalog."
Radio Career: "I have been in radio
for over 26 years working radio in Tulsa, Omaha, Boston and
Shreveport. I started my career in Portland, Maine and spent
much of the 80's doing radio there. I've also worked in Fort
Walton, FL, Cedar Falls, IA and my favorite Joplin, MO".
Favorite Movies: "I have to say that
the original Star Wars movies have always been my favorites.
I enjoy thrillers and sci-fi too".
Favorite TV shows: "CSI Miami is the
best....I like comedy shows too..."
Heroes: "My dad has always been my hero...but
Batman from the 1966 TV show would come in a close 2nd. I've
been a Batfan since the show came out and still watch it when
it's on TV..."
Favorite Foods: "Chinese is number one
then Italian food. I grew up on the East Coast and Italian
food is the best..Nothing beats a nice spaghetti dinner on
a cool fall night." |
