It's back! The Thunder Country 103.5 Medallion Search is bigger and better than last year! Your ten in a row country station brings you ten $1,000 winners in a row! Each week for ten weeks in a row, we are hiding a medallion on public land somewhere in the Four States. Each medallion is worth $1,000 in cash if you find it! We will give three different clues each day at 7:40am, 11:40am, and 4:40pm. Listen for the clues or find them on our website a day later. The Medallion Search starts September 10th.

RULES

1. CONTEST PERIOD: September 10th, 2007 to December 28th, 2007

2. WHO MAY PLAY
Contestants must be 18 years of age or older, have a legal state issued identification, and be a legal resident of the United States. Contest open exclusively to listeners in the Thunder Country 103.5 listening area. Employees of SEK Broadcasting, Burger King, Quapaw Casino, Power Sports of Joplin, or Frank Fletcher Hyundai and the immediate families of those employees are disqualified from participation. Once a person has found a medallion, he or she is ineligible from participating for the rest of the contest.

3. CONTEST REQUIREMENTS
Each medallion is hidden on public property in the 4-states area; no digging, heavy lifting or moving is required to find any of the medallions. Three new clues will be released each day. One will be broadcast in the 7:00 am hour, another clue will be released at the 11:00 am hour, and the last new clue of each day will be released during the 4:00 pm hour Monday through Friday. No clues will be given out to callers. However, the three clues from each day will be posted the following day on this website (i.e. Monday’s clues will be posted Tuesday morning); clues from Friday will be posted on Monday if a medallion has not been found over the weekend. To get clues the day they are released you must be listening at the time that they are announced.

4. PRIZES AND ODDS:
TEN GRAND PRIZES: Grand Prize is $1,000. Winner takes all responsibility for taxes. The $1,000 is non-transferable. Winners must present medallions at the SEK Broadcasting Office at 412 N. Locust Street, Pittsburg, KS 66762 during regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All decisions by the management of SEK Broadcasting regarding the contest are final. Winners of the $1,000 must complete a W-9 and winnings will be paid within sixty days of time of winning. One grand prize winner per household for the duration of the contest.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By accepting a prize, where permitted by law, potential winner(s) grants to Sponsors the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the winner's full name, photo, picture, portrait, or other likeness, voice and indicia of persona, and biographical information as news or information, and for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional compensation or consideration, and without notification, review or approval.

Each participant, as a condition of participating, releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsors from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person(s), including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in any Promotion related activity, or participation in this Promotion. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her prize after it has been delivered.

Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from the Promotion that they find, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process.
